What currency are your prices in? We are a Canadian owned and operated company and therefore all Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Your bank will process the appropriate exchange rate for your currency to be converted into Canadian funds.

What taxes do I have to pay on my purchases? Any items with a delivery address outside of Canada will not be subject to GST/HST or PST. Items delivered within Canada are subject to the Taxes of the province or territory of destination. They are as follows: • For the provinces of BC, AB, Sk, MB, PQ, NFLD, & PEI as well as the territories, 5% GST will apply. • Orders shipped to New Brunswick & Nova Scotia are subject to 13% HST. • Orders delivered within the province of Ontario will be charged 5% GST & 8% PST.

Do you ship internationally? Email or phone us to make arrangements. We are in the Eastern Standard Time Zone-EST.

How long will it take to get my order? We ship by Canada Post ground and the United States Postal Service, for other delivery services please call for a quote. Major Canadian centres are serviced within 2 to 7 business day. Outside of these centres please add 2-3 days. Please factor in statutory holidays and if your order is going outside of Canada, border customs processing.

What is your return policy? If you’re not fully satisfied with a product that you’ve recently purchase through Educational Kids Play, or if we made a mistake, just email us or phone our customer service line and we will make it right. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping.

What types of payment do you accept? We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and 30 day Terms for institutions with pre-approved credit. Please note that Postal Money Orders and personal cheque orders are held until they are cleared by the bank. This can take ten or more business days.

Do you offer gift wrapping? We love a celebration and for just $5.00 will do our very best to personalize your gift. When you place your order, please include in the “special instructions” section of the check out, the age and gender of the child as well as the occasion that their celebrating and we’ll do the rest. Should you have a message you wish to include, please do and we’ll make sure that gets sent with the present.
